Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to change your clothes for an other size or return it because the items is not fitting your taste, please sent us back the item that is not fitting, we will refund your purchase and then you can place a new order with the new items of your choice. You can also get directly in contact with us for help : [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you wish an other size or if the clothes is not suiting your taste. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you receive a refund, the cost of first shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 100 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t assume the loss of returned items without a trackable shipping.
